Mr. Hayashi is an expert of corporate restructuring, and has so far published “Securitization and Bankruptcy”, “Trust and Bankruptcy”, “Advisory Agreement in Insolvency Proceeding”, “The Essence of Corporate Restructuring”, “Finance in Corporate Restructuring”, “Corporate Restructuring in East Asia” (English). He is also specialized in intellectual property and information technolgy. He has actively represented various clients in many litigation and dispute resolution cases.
